We had our annual Easter Egg hunt and got some pictures to go along with the school pictures. Boy the kids are getting too big for the traditional hunts. We had only one toddler and Oscar, who will be able to partake in a few years.

Here are Shonmikel and Zoie's 2014 pictures. Man, they are growing .......... and seem to be doing well in their new location in Kansas.

Man O man, what a shot it is. Looks like he's ready for all "comers." It is starting to look like
his big sister might be spoiling him a little bit. Naw ......... they are happy because of a recent Zoie Production
of a movie in which Zoie stars as "Detective Emily" and Oscar co-stars as "Jason" all of 3.29 minutes long.

I have so many GOOD pictures of this guy that I'm having trouble choosing the few to show him. Then his mother Sarah, came up with another one and I just can't resist as her "caption" on the photo nails it as far as I'm concerned ......

Sarah put a photo of Shon on Facebook and I copied it here. I would've liked a bigger one but this one will do for now.

Man, I just cannot believe Shon is 14 years old and such a handsome young fellow!

Zoie decided she wanted to go to the Winfield school so she did. Here she is first day at school.
All the grandchildren are almost grown. It just happened so fast, it's almost unbelievable

Her mother reports she got her chores done early and they had to wait at school for Zoie.
Wasn't a total loss however as we got this fine picture. Oscar seldom disappoints.

The guys went to the races in Eddyville while they were here the last time.

I really had to work at it but I finally got a version that might work. They are nice looking people and the photo was cockeyed as you might have noticed but I just couldn't throw it away so used it.

Sarah says Oscar is taking more and more to Zoie. Here they are napping but Oscar hangs onto a few strands
of her hair to make sure she's there, I guess.

Here is Oscar conversing with mom and then telling Shon he'll ride "tailgate" if it's only way he can get to see his grandpa!

Here is Zoie getting her medal for softball where I think she had a good season of play.

Sarah says she is getting a little bit concerned about Zoie ....... she keeps trying to mimic her bigger cousin, Emily.

Sarah came up with another fine picture of Oscar and got a pretty good one herself .....

Yesterday he was a playboy and lay-about.

Today he became curious as to the workings of his surroundings and became an engineer.

Tomorrow ....... THE STARS!

Ho, hum ......... so easily done when you are next thing to perfection.

Zoie got to ride the 4-wheeler at her aunt Naomi's place.

Boy, what a good looking bunch, where ever they are!





Whoops ....... looks like somebody got a little angry, must've been somebody messing with his hairdo.

So Christmas Comes along and Oscar is right at home with the festivities.

How Lucky we are to have such a fine little child!

Well, I don't know what to say, the litle guy is so photographic and takes such a good picture,
I can't lay off the little guy. Lookit these!

His mother said he played in the back yard by himself for almost three hours, talking to himself the while.

Boy, I don't know. These two are awful close. I believe Oscar would go to school with Zoie if they'd let him.
